Decent Stay with Room for Improvement
The best part of my visit was the friendly staff, who made check-in cute. I appreciated that the bed feltvery comfy and tidy. The breakfast situation fell short with only grab-and-go pastries available, so plan to eat elsewhere. Consider bringing your own towels for additional comfort.

The hotel was in a favourable location just next door to Norton, and Bristol. The rooms were good and new-fashioned kept by the amiable staff.

bed was comfy. They did have HBO channels. When we checked in the guy made small talk and was friendly. Room was clean.
Said they had a hot tub in the room when I made the reservations. There was not, and no hot tub anywhere else either. Wouldn't have paid the amount I did if I would've had that knowledge beforehand. Had to ask for the wifi password. The room was tiny.

Request a room on the upper floors for less noise, as ground-level rooms may be near the busy parking area.

The hotel lacked basic amenities, and the air conditioning struggled, making our stay rather uncomfortable.

We needed a room for 1 night closer to Bristol Speedway than traveling home to Knoxville and this hotel was listed as slightly over 30 miles away on Booking Buddy.
It took 1 hour 15 minutes and over 60 miles to get to this hotel traveling on some 2 lane and some 4 lane roads. Without a helicopter you could not get there in the Milagros as described.

large counter sink convenience, exercise room equipment, ADA accessibility issues
The lobby felt unwelcoming and the smoking area poses a hazard. The overall maintenance is lacking, as rusty doors and threadbare towels diminish the experience!!!

I loved the cozy vibe of my room, and the little kitchenette. They also had a lovely outdoor pool and a fire pit area that was perfect for unwinding after a long day. The only hiccup was that the AC could be a bit noisy at times, but it didn't ruin my stay at all 😊

missingWrote a review on 18 Juncomfortable bedclean roompoor condition chairlimited breakfastinadequate amenities
The bed was comfortable and the room was clean, but many aspects were disappointing. Breakfast was just pastries and coffee, with no evening coffee available. The air conditioning struggled to keep cool, and the recliner and desk chair were in poor condition. There was a lack of small amenities like extra towels and luggage racks.
